What does “unlimited requests” actually mean?
You can submit as many priorities as you need into the queue. Your active production slots determine how many initiatives move forward at once. Unlimited requests ≠ unlimited simultaneous execution.
How do active production slots work?
Base Membership includes one active slot. Each additional slot ($1,600/mo) lets one more initiative run in production simultaneously.
Is ad spend included in the $500 channel fee?
No. Management covers strategy and optimization for ad spend up to $10,000/month per channel. Ad spend is paid separately by the client. Over $10k/mo is custom quoted.
What is the difference between On-Demand editing and Video Production packages?
On-Demand includes scripting, storyboarding, and video/photo editing inside active slots. Turnkey Video Production packages are standalone shoots with planning, shooting, editing, and delivery for non-subscription or major blitz needs.

Are subscriptions locked annually?
