Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 7, 2026
1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Cosmic Marketing (“Cosmic,” “we,” “us”) collects and uses personal information when you visit this website, submit a Fit Call form, or otherwise contact us about our marketing services.
Questions or privacy requests: privacy@cosmicmarketing.com.
2. Information we collect
We may collect:
- Contact and business details you submit on forms (for example name, email, business name, business type, service interest, and messages).
- Booking details when you schedule through an embedded calendar provider (for example Calendly or Cal.com), which has its own privacy policy.
- Usage and device data such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, browser type, and referral source — via hosting and analytics tools.
- Cookies and similar technologies used for essential site operation, analytics, session replay (if enabled, e.g. Microsoft Clarity), and advertising/remarketing pixels (if enabled).
3. How we use information
- Respond to Fit Call requests and qualify prospective clients
- Schedule and prepare for calls
- Operate, secure, and improve this website
- Measure marketing performance (analytics / Clarity, if enabled)
- Run advertising and remarketing (only if you enable ad pixels and, where required, after consent)
- Send service-related messages you request
- Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Use
4. Legal bases (GDPR / UK GDPR)
If EU/UK data protection law applies, we rely on:
- Consent — non-essential cookies (analytics, Clarity, ad pixels) and optional marketing emails
- Contract / steps prior to contract — handling Fit Call and booking requests
- Legitimate interests — securing the site, basic operations, and B2B follow-up related to an inquiry you initiated, where permitted
- Legal obligation — when we must retain or disclose information
5. Cookies, analytics, Clarity, and pixels
Essential cookies are needed for the site to work (security, load balancing, storing your cookie preferences, and first-party form/booking attribution via our Cosmic / LeadConnector tools on onlinecosmic.com and link.onlinecosmic.com). These do not require consent.
Non-essential technologies — including Vercel Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Meta/Google/TikTok or other ad pixels, and similar tools — are used only after you accept them in our cookie banner where consent is required (notably for visitors in the EEA/UK). Until then, those scripts should not load.
You can change or withdraw cookie consent later using Cookie settings in the site footer, or by clearing site data in your browser.
6. Who we share information with
We use service providers that process data on our behalf or as independent controllers of their platforms, for example:
- Website hosting and analytics (e.g. Vercel)
- Form / lead forwarding tools (e.g. Formspark), if configured
- Scheduling tools (e.g. Calendly or Cal.com)
- CRM, email, or task systems (e.g. Cosmic Cloud / Link Cosmic)
- Analytics or session tools (e.g. Microsoft Clarity), if enabled
- Advertising platforms, if pixels are enabled
We do not sell personal information for money. If we use advertising pixels that “share” data for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law, we will provide a Do Not Sell or Share opt-out.
7. Retention
Lead and inquiry records are kept as long as needed to respond, manage a client relationship, or meet legal/accounting needs, then deleted or anonymized. Analytics data follows each provider’s retention settings.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent. California residents may also have rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale/sharing.
Email privacy@cosmicmarketing.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” We may need to verify your identity. You will not be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights.
9. International transfers
We are based in the United States. If you visit from another country, your information may be processed in the U.S. and other locations where our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate transfer safeguards offered by those providers.
10. Children
This site is for business customers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
11. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you acknowledge the revised Policy.
